This is not what we would expect here on Vancouver Island.<\/p>\n<p>Spring is supposed to be the best time of the year here, since we don&#8217;t actually ever get all that warm. It&#8217;s nice when the flowers are out here in February and March, while the rest of Canada is still digging out from winter.<\/p>\n<p>Today, it&#8217;s supposed to be in the mid-20s in Toronto&#8230;sigh. Looks like our little window of opportunity has slammed shut.
