{"id":216,"date":"2009-08-11T18:20:00","date_gmt":"2009-08-11T18:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/davetraynor.com\/wp2\/2009\/08\/11\/behind-front-cover\/"},"modified":"2016-10-29T05:49:16","modified_gmt":"2016-10-29T05:49:16","slug":"behind-front-cover","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/davetraynor.com\/wp2\/2009\/08\/11\/behind-front-cover\/","title":{"rendered":"Behind the front cover"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In an age where you just turn on your computer and everything is there, ready to be explored, it&#8217;s easy to forget how much work goes into making things work.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/peterbelanger.com\/about\">Peter Belanger<\/a> is a photographer who was asked to shoot a cover for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.macworld.com\/\">MacWorld magazine<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>In an inspired bit of &#8220;here&#8217;s something cool&#8221; film-making, he documented the whole process, using time-lapse photography, from the initial photo shoot through to the final completion of the magazine cover.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a fascinating little video. I especially like watching while the images are worked on in Photoshop to become the final images on the cover.
