While it came out in January, it&#8217;s still timeless.<\/p>\n<p>Talk about a trip down memory lane! I remember just about all of these computers, which were pretty darn cool at the time. Of course, now they look downright ancient.<\/p>\n<p>My favourite part of them is looking at just how expensive storage used to be. Take a look at the image on the right &#8211; a 10 MB drive for $3,495 &#8211; and that&#8217;s for a factory rebuilt!<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re of a certain age, you&#8217;ll enjoy this stroll through history. And if you&#8217;re not &#8211; well, you&#8217;ll still find this interesting, if a little puzzling.<\/p>\n<p>Oh &#8211; one more thing. Check out the new ad for Macintosh. You can see just how different Apple was from the competition right from the beginning.
